I checked....It is called the sun.  I have not seen it in two weeks however.  Just like Portlandia's S3/000 episode, trying to find a spot where the sun shines down can be hard in the north east these days.  I just hope that global warming doesn't give us the Portland Oregon card for weather systems.  Don't laugh, we are already getting weather patterns that I've not ever seen here in Pennsylvania in over 20 years.

I thought i'd post this nice warm feeling summertime picture.  I was cleaning out my photo bin's over the weekend and cleared out 1000's of crappy photos, and published all the keepers to my bench for processing.  I'd been putting that off for over 8 months.  Nothing worse than taking more photos than you can sort through.  I was up to bin 18 spanning two hurricains and two summers worth of macro flower photos.  I love macro flower photos.

NFL Playoffs

What a perfect weekend for great top notch football.  all the games were great examples of the best game play which should make the next round, next weekend very good games as well.  As the football season closes, that cues me up for the time of fixing up outside project for spring.  This year we will have a large amount of construction so I have to plan early.  we have the whole side porch rebuild from the fire.  The painting of the whole house which could take till mid summer.  and hopefully the adding of the first foundation of the garage expansion.  There is also some cool small landscaping projects like flagstone walkways, and grass seeding for the gardens in the back.  I really do not know how it's all going to get done by me, but that has never stopped me before.  One thing is for sure, you can not be a handyman and have your home look "not handy"   lol
